On December 6, 2018, the recreational use of marijuana became legal in the State of Michigan, the result of a constitutional amendment approved in November. Medical marijuana has been legal in Michigan since 2008. While marijuana may be used legally in the State of Michigan, it remains illegal under Federal law. What does that mean for our community?
