January 16-17, 2015

The Bay Harbor Ice and Spice Festival is a fun, family event that celebrates winter. Stop by for a true ice carving competition Friday and Saturday with both professional and amateur divisions competing for cash prizes. The ice sculptures will be on display throughout the Village at Bay Harbor and will remain on display as long as weather permits. Activities include the Pro-Am Ice & Spice Chili Challenge, sponsored by the Bay Harbor Foundation with proceeds directly benefiting the Manna Food Backpack for Kids Program.

Again this year, the Chili Challenge will be held in a heated tent on the Village lawn with both Professional and Amateur Divisions serving up their culinary delights for patrons who will vote on who takes the top prize in each division.

This is a fabulous fun-filled event for the entire family with many festivities planned throughout the weekend. A Chili Cook Off will be hosted by the Bay Harbor Foundation from 1-4pm. Taste the culinary creations in both professional and amateur divisions and vote for your favorite. Prizes will be awarded for best chili in both divisions!

Find Frosty Contest for kids will take place Saturday from 10am-4pm in the Village at Bay Harbor for a chance to win Apple products.

A spectacular fireworks show will take place on Saturday evening after the medals and cash awards are given out to our carvers.
